Fees are only charged on products used.

Transaction Fee


Fixed Fee per transaction on online and in-person for Visa and Master card will be 2.95% + R1.50 and for Diners and American express will be 3.50% + R1.50 Excluding vat

Settlement or Pay Out Fee


The settlement of your transaction are proceeded daily, weekly or monthly and is charged at a flat rate of R3.90 per settlement excluding VAT. Min payout is above R100

Merchant refund


Each refund will have a fee of R2.00 excluding VAT.
*Refunds back to the cardholder can take between 1 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays

Fees per product 

  • Ozow
    2% of the transaction amount

  • OTT Voucher
    6% of the transaction amount

  • IndiGo
    Transaction in-person for Visa and Master card will be  2.95% + R1.50  and for Diners and American express will be  3.50% + R1.50  Excluding vat

  • Batch
    Non-3DS for Visa and Master card will be 3.5 % + R1.50  and for Diners and American express will be  3.50% + R1.50  Excluding vat

  • SynXis
    1.25% of the settled monthly transaction value 

  • Gloria Foods
    Transaction for Visa and Master card will be  3.25% + R1.50  and for Diners and American express will be  3.50% + R1.50  Excluding vat 

Settlement takes between 1 - 3 working days to process and that we do not settle on weekends and public holiday's
